I received a book of matches from you today and wanted to say thank you. When I read the text inside I was brought to tears. I very recently lost my sister and my best friend, and I was having a horrible day and missing her like crazy. I was feeling like I needed her more today than I have since she passed away, and was angry because I knew that the one person I needed the most couldn't be here. Then you gave me the matchbook, and my whole day was brightened by the words you wrote. I felt like my sister sent you in to let me know that all was going to be ok, as silly as that might sound....
